At Youthtothepeople.co.uk we offer 1 sample with every online order, which you are able to select at checkout*

*Checkout samples are subject to availability, whilst stocks last.

Once an order has been placed, operationally we have a fast turnover for order processing, so we are unable to cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to cancel your order, you are able to refuse the order at the door when it is delivered. Once the parcel has been returned to us we can then begin the refund process. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please read our E-Commerce Terms & Conditions of Sale for further information.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you have changed your mind, you may return your order within 28 days in accordance with Youth To The People Returns Policy, for a refund.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Step 1.

Download, print and complete our returns form. You will need to put this completed form into your returns package.

Step 2.

Visit the Royal Mail website to arrange a free return.
When choosing retailer, please select - L'Oreal (UK) Ltd and Royal Mail will email you a returns label with QR code to present the QR code at your post office.

Step 3.

Show your QR code at the post office to get your returns label printed. Drop off your returns package.

Youth To The People ensures there is substantial information supporting the safety of our products when used as directed by consumers. However, as there could be certain ingredients that physicians may not recommend for use during pregnancy and nursing, we always recommend that you discuss this with your physician and follow their advice.

Most ingredients derived from grain sources are highly refined and retain no traces of gluten proteins. For less refined ingredients from natural sources, we have established strict limits on the level of potentially allergenic proteins. Since individuals exhibit a wide range of sensitivities to these proteins, if you have any questions or concerns you should discuss with your medical care provider. All the ingredients we use in a product are listed on the package or the label of the product itself. Since some ingredients are known by more than one name, we use the standard industry FDA-recognized names.

Our products have been tested to have at least a 2-year shelf life if unopened and stored at normal room temperature, during which they will retain their integrity and perform as expected. Once opened, please refer to the POA(period after opening) symbol that identifies the lifetime of the product after its package has been opened for the first time. It depicts an open cosmetic jar with a written number of months.

Products perform best when stored at room temperature, and out of direct sunlight. It is best to ensure that the room does not exceed 80 degrees or drop below 40 degrees.

But it's up to each of us to properly clean our recyclables for processing; excess waste and residue in your glass can lead to the landfill. Clean with hot water and sort properly. You can check the status of your order by logging on to your Account page. In addition, you will receive email notifications when you order has been confirmed, shipped, and delivered.

If you would like to change the shipping address on your order, please contact-us with your order number and correct shipping address information within 2 hours from purchasing and before the order is shipped. Once the order has shipped we recommend contacting your shipping carrier. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Unfortunately, products cannot be added or removed from your order once the order is placed. If your order has not been shipped yet please contact-us with your order number and we can cancel the order for you. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Currently, our site only allows for one discount or promotion to be applied at a time. If there is an active gift with purchase promotion, please make sure the promotional item has been added to your cart prior to checkout.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact-us with your order information within 2 hours from purchasing before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped we are not able to cancel it.

All items that are processed separately must be sent in separate boxes with the pre-paid label that was generated for that respective return. The weight capacity is set according to the items selected to return. If you send items from multiple items that were processed separately in one box, your refund will only be for the item(s) that are connected to that particular label. Also, due to weight standards that are unique to the item(s) selected, the box may be shipped back to you due to the weight of the box being over the capacity. If you processed items for a return separately and they are from the same order number but would like to return all the items in one box, please contact-us
